Our physiotherapist, who has specialised training within the fields of physical activity and preventative health, leads you through a programme designed for companies wanting maximum capacity from their employees. The framework is an Arctic adventure package that makes health-related work exciting, enjoyable and educational! The programmes are filled with activity experiences such as dog sledding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, sea-rafting, King crab adventures, bathing, abseiling, kayaking and much, much more. Everything is baked into a programme that challenges the individual’s capacity and inspires new energy! And to conclude is a test of your physical performance and advice about how you can achieve your goals until we meet again...

This is the programme for companies wanting the most out of everyone in the team! We challenge you with Arctic winter activities that make an impression on both body and soul. The goal is that the activities will create an exciting scope for important health goals: maximum performance and capacity for good health! Competition and co-operation are important elements. We take you back to nature and the primitive life, combined with good food and wellbeing to achieve fundamental motivation for new energy! Important elements include dog sledding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, snowmobile safaris, cooking on an open fire, outdoor accommodation and wellbeing. This programme concludes with a course on activity and physical capacity, as well as a unique physical test of the individual’s capacity to work out an individual health profile. Everyone sets their individual goals and receives advice on how to achieve these until we meet again...

Let us challenge your work team with focus on individual capacity and co-operation! Our preventative health package expands on exciting adventure packages that stimulate and motivate to new energy! We take you back to nature and the primitive life, where physical activity is a natural and exciting ingredient... We invite you on activities at sea, wet elements, aerial jumps and hikes in the rugged terrain. Horsepower and adrenalin also form a part. Good food and wellbeing are an important part to stimulate you to positive experiences and good motivation. We spend a night in the outdoors where the participants need to compete as well as co-operate. This programme concludes with a course on activity and physical capacity, as well as a unique physical test of the individual’s capacity to work out an individual health profile.
